 Poor customer service Jul 24, 2008
I was double charged on my credit card for my night stay and had to continuously call to get reimbursed for one of the charges..it still has not happened and this is two weeks ongoing now...

Needs work May 31, 2008
While the staff was friendly, the carpet needs to be replaced and I wondered what was living in it. I could feel the matress springs beneath me which was very uncomfortable. I would not stay at the Baymont in Rockford, IL again.read entire review at TravelPost.com
