Living in the center of California has many advantages. A few hours from our home we can be in the mountains, with plenty of snow in the winter, in either San Francisco, or Los Angeles, although we really don’t do that because of the traffic…… Day tripping |

The ride to the coast is fairly easy for me. Highway 198 west to Lemoore, Highway 41 south to Cholame, and Highway 46 west to Paso Robles and on to the coast.
