The morning was more about learning some of the history of the islands. Bartolome island is apparently quite young, relatively speaking, in the islands so it is a good indicator of what all of the rest of the islands used to look like.  Apparently the islands are formed from a hot-spot, which is a section in the middle of a continental plate rather than on it's edge.  So it was all quite interesting, and we finished with a hike to the top of the island where as you can see from...
