Barn Lodge Peterborough

Staying at Barn Lodge in West Deeping was my favorite part of visiting England in September 2008. West Deeping and the surrounding area are green, beautiful and very calm – exactly what we were looking for after a loud and hectic stay in London.

Mike/Sue’s bed and breakfast room is new, clean, and thoughtfully designed, stocked and decorated. There’s even a washing machine in the kitchen area and a clothes line with pins outside. Oh, and a pub at the end of the driveway!

Sue kept our kitchen area supplied with an assortment of yummy items and Mike acted as our personal paid taxi driver and kept us thoroughly entertained with his stories.

But the best part of our stay at Barn Lodge was getting to know Sue and Mike. They are the loveliest and most honest people imaginable and I know for a fact that they are both going straight to heaven.
