Baraboo Vacation Guide
Baraboo is located just off of Interstate 90 in southern Wisconsin, along the Baraboo River. It is known for its rich geological history, as well as once being home to many glaciers, which shaped the landscape. Baraboo is home to Devils Lake State Park, Wisconsin's largest, which provides the opportunity for many outdoor activities, such as hiking. According to locals, the park is also home to giant racoons, which can be heard throughout the night and have been known to invade campsites.
Baraboo is also home to the Circus Museum and has a connection with circus history.
