Bar Louie

Right in the heart of Wrigleyville, this bar is somewhat of a hidden gem. Outwardly, Bar Louie tends to blend in to the rest of the restaurants and bars in the area. But there is no place better after a Cubs game (win or lose). The fact that you can always walk in and grab a seat right away is amazing in itself. Everything from the classic rock music to the narrow but cozy space screams Chicago. But what seals the deal for Bar Louie is their menu. Unique and irresistible appetizers like Loaded Tater Tots, Spicy Calamari, and four different kinds of hot wings are enough to hold you over. But you've gotta get your hands on an Ultimate Grilled Cheese, or a BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, or a burger the size of your head, etc. The staff is friendly, and attentive, and the bar is equally impressive. A DO NOT MISS if you're in Wrigleyville.
