I love this bar! It's in camden, for a start. It's an easy lurch from the high street and the tube. It has two for one cocktails for two hours on weeknights. Can't go wrong!
Aside from one of the most extensive cocktail menus I have ever seen- six kinds of everything including one called "sorry about the mess"- the bar staff are friendly, to the point of flirtatious, and can do that impressive twiddly thing with the shakers. They're happy to reserve an area for you and although when we were there there was a funny smell, it's clean. Did I mention two for one cocktails yet? And it's next to wagamamas. The prices are good, when the offer is on, and good-for-London the rest of the time. I'll be going back next chance I get!  Part of the Home town unicorns travel blog

Anyways so it started at 6pm at Bar 55 in Camden town but everyone kind of came on their own time as people had to work and what not. It was 2 for 1 drinks until 8pm so that was basically the point of everyone coming at 6 haha. So we all just… London Meet-up!!! |

I found 55 bar and went in, it was around 7:30 I think by now and I walked around a bit but didn't see anyone familiar from the forum. I walked out of the bar and then went back in for another… A Half day in Croydon |
