You will find this an ideal base from which to explore North Scotland, from beautiful beaches, mountain lochs and hidden glens, to the deep mysterious waters of the Moray Firth. The area is an ideal location for golf, fishing and walking. The village of Pennan, made famous by the film 'Local Hero', is only 4 miles away on a spectacular Buchan coastline which is a haven for birdwatchers.
