We're pleasantly surprised by this hotel. After reading several negative reviews, I'm happy to say the place seems to have been updated (our room on the 11th floor, at least). The bathroom has new fixtures in it, and there are all kinds of little touches like bathrobes and slippers, a little fridge/mini-bar, toiletries, etc. The bathroom does look like it was added in later...there's a window with a curtain that opens onto the shower! And there's no way to close the curtain from the shower side...free show! The breakfast buffet is decent and plentiful - it has American things like pancakes and eggs, and Thai noodles and congee as well. There's a pool too - looks clean. Lobby is nice, with Thai furniture, and a G Adventures desk. There's a restaurant and a bar.
