Pleasant Stay! Sep 12, 2012
Banff Aspen Lodge located in Banff Village. It only took us a few minutes to walk to restaurants, malls, and the Bow River Trail.
It has a nice lobby and the staffs were helpful. One of the ladies helped us booked our tour to Lake Louise.
We had a "pay 2 stay 3" deal on the internet - a hell of a deal considering in a tourist town like Banff. The best thing was, we were upgraded to a premium room, where there were two single beds when you first entered the room, then two sinks and the bathroom. Then it came to the bigger room with a king size bed, TV, coffee table and chairs.
The "master bedroom" was clean and the king size bed was comfortable. Although is has no flat screen TV in the room, but it did not bother us.
We love the two sink areas where we could brush our teeth without having to wait for another person- that sped things up!
The bathroom was big enough to have a bathtub in it, clean and enough amenities.
Another featured of this lodge was the hot pool. Although we did not make use of it but I am sure most people would enjoy a dip in a warm pool.
Our room includes continental breakfast and free wifi.
We have no complaint about this hotel and will definitely go back to this hotel.

Lobbby clean, and small. Computer room has one computer for usuage for free, connection not necessarily smooth, no free wifi throughout the lodge. Rooms on the small side.
Beds wonderful. Bathrooms small. Needs some updating of the exterior. The best part of the deal is free breakfast-toasts, pastries, fruits, yogurt, pastries, cereal and whole milk, coffee and juice. Free parking.
The best deal can be done via in person or call the hotel directly. Internet prices too expensive.
