Banana Bungalow Reviews

Great place to meet people. Feb 27, 2008
I found a group of fun interesting people working at this hostel. It is the type of place rarely found in a US hostel, community. For such a cheap price ($25us for a 4 bed dorm room) your a well located to see any of the attractions on the island. The free day trips is an unbeatable perk. Enjoy!

The Banana Bungalow is a hostel, so it is far from luxurious, but one of the cleanest kept i have come across in the world. I went with a girlfriend and we stayed in a private room which was only an extra $6 each rather than sharing a room with strangers.
They have FREE daily tours, with a different tour for each day of the week. If you stay the whole week, and do the tours every day, you will have become a Maui connoisseur. Tour guides are very knowlegable and cool. It was one of the most amazing trips i have taken primarily due to the Banana Bungalow! You can check out their webpage at: wwww.mauihostel.com
