Good food but order way in advance! Apr 16, 2013
The food here is well prepared but be forewarned - it takes very long for them to prepare this. My friend advised me early on that we should place our orders ahead since the wait is easily 30 minutes to 1 hour (sometimes more) from the time the order is placed.

So we ordered our breakfast the night before, and dinner just after lunch, and lunch just after breakfast. It is better to set your expectations properly because if you are hungry, you will have to bear your hunger a bit more unless you pre-ordered.

One area of improvement the restaurant can work on is to have their waiters speak English in addition to Tagalog. They usually speak Cebuano since most of their clientele are from Cebu, but occasionally they get foreigners as well as Filipinos who don't speak Cebuano.

There are about 28 rooms in the resort with an average occupancy of between 2-3 people per room. So we're talking less than 80 people. No other eateries except in the resorts nearby, so the resort guests are a captive market. Not like Boracay where there are so many places to eat aside from the restaurant of the resort one stays at.

They have to learn how to cook efficiently - probably they have few chefs inside.
