Bali Mandara Toll Road Reviews
The 1st Freeway in Bali Jan 06, 2014
On 23 September 2013, the President of Indonesia - Mr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono officially opened the 1st freeway in Bali which connects airport to Denpasar, Benoa, and Nusa Dua.
The government has set the tariffs of IDR 4,000 for motorcycles and IDR 10,000 for cars, including small trucks and buses. Large trucks will be charged from IDR 15,000 to IDR 30,000 depending on size.
The freeway runs over the sea and has 12.7 km length. It is regarded as the most beautiful toll road in Indonesia. Also, beautiful mangrove forest and traditional ships docking at Benoa Harbor create a compelling view from the road.
The road has a separate lane for motorcycles. It's expected that the existence of this freeway could reduce the high traffic that often occurs at certain hours or holidays.
Your trip to Nusa Dua or Benoa will be a lot easier, faster, and comfortable if you use this freeway :)
