 Magnificent Night Scenery from Baiyoke Tower May 01, 2008
Baiyoke Tower is known as the tallest building in Thailand. It is located in Ratchathewi district of Bangkok. The building is 309 m (1,014ft) tall. It has 85 floors with a public observatory on the 77th floor. A bar named “Roof Top Bar & Music Lounge” on the 83rd floor and a 360-degree revolving floor deck on the 84th floor.
Enjoy the magnificent night scenery of Bangkok from the observation deck on the 84th floor. It is also the best place for aerial shots all around Bangkok. Before, indulge yourself with various delicious foods for lunch or dinner buffet at "Sky Buffet" on the 76th floor.  Part of the Thailand through my eyes.. travel blog

) weer de tuk tuk genomen naar de Baiyoke Tower. Dit is Bangkok’s hoogste wolkenkrabber van 309 meter hoog. Het was toen een uurtje of half 8 ’s avonds en volop spits! Wow dit was echt ‘n avontuurlijk ritje. Het is maar beter dat je niet teveel op het verkeer om je heen… Chinatown, de Baiyoke Tower en shoppen.... |

Ons hotel ligt vlakbij de moderne shoppingmals (MBK) en de Baiyoke Tower. Van buitenaf ziet het hotel er niet uit, een lelijk gebouw wat tussen de snelwegen ligt, maar van binnen is het echt mooi met een lobby met gigantische kristallen kroonluchters enzo. Helaas mogen we pas om 14.00 uur inchecken! Dat viel wel even… Bangkok here we are... |
