I went to Baguio with 3 of my college friends for the flower festival. It was supposed to be a trip for the flower festival alone but we decided to continue our adventure to a very remote area in the Mountain Province where Philippine's largest cave is situated. We traveled more than 10 mountains in less than 3 days with a Toyota Revo (I can't imagine how the car survived our trip!) LOL!

I remember walking to school from Bonifacio Street to Harrison Road, passing through the market. The Center ma…

not by fault of my own. My alarm wasn’t
due to go off for a little while long, but instead I woke to the sounds of a
guitar being strum. I shared the room

Due to lush greens and cool climate, Baguio City has been the center of religious retreats and the upliftment of the spirits. For me, it is always a great opportunity to visit some churches and unwind a bit from the hustle and bustle of city life. It's a chance to be attuned with myself and listen …

Leaving
from Vigan I want to go just up in the mountain of the Cordillera region. It is
a really short distance from Vigan if you go the way the bird fly. But
unfortunately I do not have wing so I need to go where the public transport go.
And in this part of the world that’s a very different …

Baguio, Philippines -› -› …
The city is not that big so it's easy to familiarize the places where you should go for your needs. The first places we visited there after the enrolment were not actually the tourist spots but those where we could buy all the things I would be needing for my long-term stay there. Eventually, I had…

I was invited to return to the Philippines in January 2006 with a church group to play guitar for music instruction and for several live performances. We also stopped at the beach one day to relax. It was a great trip and I made many new friends!
