Ahhhhhhh...Yes, a nice soak in the thermal pools was just what we needed. And, the Roman baths were quite an experience. Baden Baden is definitely a great place to end a vacation! Thanks for visiting this site and "traveling" with us! Ciao!

Sooooo habe jetzt mal meinen Rucksack gepackt und bin stolz auf das Ergebnis. 15 leichte Kilos und noch etwa 5 Kilo Handgepäck.... damit lässt es sich reisen. Nothing wrong with a European buget flight to the mainland. Thanks to Ryanair, I made it to Germany with ease (and super easy on my wallet). The flight came into the Baden-Baden, Germany. From there, it was a quick train ride to Karlsruhe and then on to Munich.I think I was the only American on the plane. The day starts with breakfast in our hotel in Rüdisheim and then we get on our way to Baden-Baden, finally! The TomTom navigation system says it is only 2 hours away but he hit a couple Staus along the way and it turns into a 3-hour drive. We make our way into the city and stop at a little Tourist Information place and they get us a nice hotel called Hotel Etol in the downtown area of Baden-Baden.
