Badawia Resort Marsa Alam

If you're looking for fun, clubs and pubs than Marsa Alam is NOT your choice, but when you're into diving, that should be one of the best places in a world to do that.

Badawia Resort is a good choice when you want a comfortable 4* hotel as a base for diving. Hotel is build in nubian style and it has it's charm. Especialy big bungalows right on the beach, with exeptional sea view. And one other thing - huge beds in bungalows. I thing bigest i have ever had in a hotel, and it was that one time when i came for holiday alone - what a waste :)

There's nice big pool with poolbar, where you can relax when you're not diving. You can also do lot of snorkling on big and realy beautiful reef by the hotel, full of fish.

When you want to do what you came do do in Marsa Alam (that is diving) you should check out 3Will diving center (english / italian / polish). Prices as for egyptian standards are a bit high (at least twice as much as in hurghada) but so is in all other diving centers in Marsa Alam. But for your money you can expect one of the best dives in Egypt (Abu Dabab , Elphistone etc)

Badawia in Marsa Alam has good bang for your buck, but if you're looking for family hotel where's a lot to do for non divers you should choose some biger resorts in that region (iberotel for example)

i was in badawia last month,and this is the second vist to badawia ,
this resort always in advantage year by year ,Badawia marsa alam i spent nice time in,and enjoy swiming and diving.
The beach is very nice with direct acces to the sea.
Food is very good for choice and quality.
The rooms are confortable and clean.
All the staff is so friendly and professional.
it gave me impression that I am living in Bedouin village
