Four days at Baan Panburi Jul 14, 2009
We stayed here for 4 days in July and I would definitely recommend it to those who want to go cheap, but not rough it completely. We were in a seaview hut with AC for 1200 B per night. The room was nice, clean and everything you needed, the bathroom was adequate, but after all- you:re not there for the room!!! The resort is in an excellent location in a secluded village. Points for being pituresque, points against for being difficult to access. But once you:re in Thong nai pan noi, its a great place to be!!! Baan Panburi is made up of a bunch of individual bungalows, very rustic and exactly what we wanted for a stay on the beach. The restaurant and massage, however are mediocre and we ended up going elsewhere for food and rubdowns. I would recommend this place! Check the photos on my blog (honeymoon).
