BEST WESTERN Harborside Inn & Kenosha Conference Center

The location of this harbor-side hotel is excellent and quite scenic.

Rooms were spacious and clean, bedding was comfortable, and a continental breakfast was free in the lobby each morning. The coffee was terrific!

There is a lot of new development along the harbor and a trolley runs a few blocks away that whisks walkers through the shopping and restaurant districts.

Across from this hotel is a little blues bar that keeps the doors propped open during summer and lets the music escape into the night. It sounded as though they have a knack of picking great entertainers there!

An Italian restaurant is also across the street and it looked charming.

For the one night stay, I give this hotel a thumbs up as checking in and out was fast and pleasant, room was clean and comfy with a view.

The only reason I rated value as slightly less than perfect is because we ended up with the very last room in the hotel for the night and it was expensive at $180 a night. We were happy to get it and it ended up being well worth the price.
