Very cheap for top hot spot location. Bare basics. Jul 20, 2009
Basic rooms but plenty for your money. Good value, you get air conditioning and it's set in the heart of the life of Cannes. Just yards from the sea. Rooms could do with a few paintings just to liven them up. Bathroom could be better but not the end of the world and clean which is the main thing. The owners are stars, really nice to talk to and hard working. Area can be noisy at times, usually from the exclusive club around the corner but not always a problem.If you want to be in a lively area on a hard core budget, this is the place to go. If you are easily disappointed then this hotel is probably not for you.

…crisscrossed between the sea and the station, but it took a few turns off the main busy shopping high street before I found the Hotel Azurene Royal. It couldn't have been more than fifty yards from the sea and getting a room that close was a miracle, let alone for the low price.
