Ayvalik Vacation Guide

Ayvalik is the most popular seaside resort in North Aegean coast of Turkey. It's surrounded by olive trees and thyme meadows. It's nice to smell the air of the city which is a mix of olives, thyme and ocean.

This place is a great stop for yachts and boats. The city is connected to nearby Cunda (Alibey) island by a bridge. Cunda is the best place to taste delicious Aegean sea food.

Full of old Ottoman greek houses and colorful balconies make you feel like walking in a tale city. There are many orthodox churches and mosques around the city. And Seytan Sofrasi (Devil's table) offers an amazing feast to your eyes, especially at the time of Sunset. This place is considered as the second best place to watch the sunset after Side in Turkey. The sun over the Midilli island is look like a gate to another dimension of the universe.

We cannot skip the great Sarimsakli beach and its night life especially in summer :))
