If you are staying in Kathmandu and look for a very clean and friendly place to stay you should try to get a room at the Ayurveda Health Home.
They offer a very good Ayurveda Programm with accomodation. The owner, Marlies is german and speaks fluently german an English as well as quite good nepali. She's very friendly and helpful and keeps her house absolutely tidy. You can get there ayurvedish Lunch and Dinner as well as a fine breakfast. The accomodation is between 850 and 1050 NRS, the meals are each 250 NRS. |
