Its awsome. in prague you can do everything at night AND its extremely cheap. the nightclubs are great, different typs of music. my favourite: duplex . loved also just sitting in a pub (there are many many pubs)drinking a beer, which didn cost even a euro.
cigarettes cost about 2 euros. its just very cheap
