Avis car rental in Munich

Munich airport is huge and finding the car rental office brougt me out on another long walk. Almost at the end of my long endurance the obstacles got evident; a huge building project coverrd all the signs so suddenly my path through the airport was blocked. Again I had to look for further signs at some other place, why does this always have to be so difficult.

Once I finally arrived at the counter I was met by a great smile and a friendly voice. She found my reservation promptly and was smiling and very customer oriented. She had all the right questions and answers. It was truly a pleasure to be served by her. I got my TomTom and this time they had put it in English and not in Catalan as in Zurich. She asked me if English was ok or if she had to change it.
Finding the car often brings you out on further walking and after yet 10 minutes you always hope that you are sitting in your car.

Returning the car in Munich was quite simple and fast.
