The restaurant is on a farm in les Monts du Lyonnais and you’ll never find it unless you know someone who lives somewhere near. I was lucky enough to be taken there by some friends who live near Lyon and it was a rare treat. There is no menu because everyone eats the same, there are six courses, not counting the big plates of appetizers, and the menu only changes from summer to winter. The food is typical of the region and is superb, very simple but very well cooked and don’t worry about choosing the wine because that too is included. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and the chef often pops out to see how everyone is getting on. If you are ever in the area of Lyon, try to find this place because it will be worth it.
