Atrium Apartment B&B - Reviews - Launceston

The guys who run the Atrium were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The Apartment is really huge and looks into the courtyard. It's well furnished and comfortable. When we checked in, we received an invite to take afternoon tea in the sitting room (or the courtyard the second day) where our hosts had homemade biscuits and fresh coffee.

We were a bit faded after MS Fest, but they made us a great breakfast with fresh juice, yummy yoghurt and fresh tassie plums, cherries and apricots. Chilled out most of the arvo sunbaing in the courtyard. They made these great hot backcurrant juice drinks (with ginger and lime).'

We had lunch at Fresh vegetarian and the best burgers at Burger got sould, just around the corner.

They obviously love Launceston and Tassie. They showed us how to get to Trevallyn Dam and we saw echidnas and wallabies and a wombat. Awesome. Also gave us a secret spot for some skinny dipping (but only in summer !).

We had a great time and would recommend to anyone - our hosts were really friendly and hospitable.
