This is a GREAT hostel to stay at! In my 40-day trip around Europe, this was one of the better hostels I've stayed at. Very clean place, cheap cost, cool bar with an AMAZING view on the roof, and I met a TON of great people!

If I go back to Athens, I will definitely stay here again.

This hostel isn't bad but it didn't live up to my expectations from what I saw on the website! We booked this hostel quite in advance as it sounded soo good and it was alright I guess but I maybe I just got my hopes up lol. It has a very good location! Pretty much right across from the temple of Zeus and not to far from the Acropolis. It has a roof top bar that has an amazing view of the Acropolis which is pretty sweet. The bar is OK but it closes at 12am and there isn't seats, you just sit on these mat things so it gets kind of crowded haha. The rooms are OK, I think they are all 6 bed dorms but they don't turn on the ac until around 10:30 or 11 at night so if you just wanted to chill in your room you would die of heat lol. Beds are bunk beds and the top ones are really high with no barrier thing so be careful!! I was scared of falling off haha. Bathrooms are not that great. Showers were rather small and they leaked all over the floor and made it quite slippery. The staff was kind of rude when we checked in and then when we were cancelling some of our nights but I guess that was our fault that we were cancelling hehe. There is a lift but it's really small (only for 1 person) so you pretty much gotta use the stairs which is ok. I'm pretty sure they had internet if I'm not mistaking but I think it was broken. I'm not too sure if they provide breakfast as we slept in really late due to early arrival and then the next morning we were up crazy early. All in all not too bad but I guess I was just let down haha.
