Nice hotel in the city of Antwerp Sep 22, 2008
If you are looking for a nice, comfortable hotel in the area of the train station, the shopping area and the night scene, don't look further. In a small and quiet street in the Diamond district you will find hotel Astoria, a 3 star rated hotel with chambers with bath and/or shower and toilet.
The chambers also include free TV. Internet access is possible, but not free. The bed was fantastic. We had enough space in our room. Unfortunately it is not possible to dine in the hotel. You will find a lot of good dining places between the shopping area and the station. At the reception of the hotel, you can buy some drinks and sandwiches. Breakfast (included) is fantastic!!! European breakfast with croissants, small and larger bread, boiled eggs, a few types of cheese and sausages, sweet things and different kinds of drinks. The price is normal for this type of hotel.
