This place is close to the Central Market, the main reason we stayed here. But I later found out that local men or women could be purchased for the evening (or day). They even had special rates for 'Vietnamese workers'...not sure what the difference in service or quality is. Other than that, the room was just fine. To our surprise we found a Malaysian mamak restaurant right around the corner near the Public Bank...almost the same taste as the real thing. I'd recommend the restaurant...the hotel...it's fine if you don't mind its double usage.

This is common for budget hotels in Southeast Asia. We turned on the TV and American Idol was on. After resting, we tuk-tuked down to the riverfront and had dinner at Happy Herb Pizza and then stopped briefly at FCC (Foreign Correspondents Club) before heading back to our hotel… On to Phnom Penh |
