Ashford in Kent is situated roughly and hour and half’s drive from London and 45 minutes from the Channel crossing in Dover.
It’s an up and coming town that up until recently had no real character. However, now with a new shopping complex, clubs and bars Ashford has become a much more desired location.
It is also now one of the best ways to travel for cheap into London on its high speed train, and more importantly its now one of the stops on the Euro-star that connect the UK to Europe.
