Ashby's Boutique Hotel Portsmouth

Booked a late valentines day weekend for a 4 poster bed-room with en suite.. found instead by turning up from london, that infact they had double booked our room, and a couple before us had taken this room, VERY DISAPPOINTIG! the lady at the desk had also told us that the hotel had just overbooked one unlucky couple, who had to look about portsmouth on a saturday night for a hotel , as no rooms were free!!
Mind out in bedrooms to carefully open wardrobe and drawers as the handles seem to fall off easily, 2 handles fell off when we stayed!! Oh and its very NOISY up until around 4am!, as its nearby a street of bars and clubs and the pub downstairs is open to locals! Apart from the poor care taken of allowing what u want, it was rather average! Oh and the radiator was broken, so if u stay here at a cold time of year, expect to be chilly! Moaning over.
