Asha Guesthouse: Relax from the Madness! Mar 09, 2009
Stayed here in 2006 - great value, good bar that won't cut you off =). Food is decent. Met some crazy fun people here. Others are more laid-back. Close proximity to the train will allow you to get anywhere you want. Lots of party-bars nearby.

Nice hostel on a budget Sep 16, 2009
Stayed here for two nights. The room was clean with a balcony and fans. We only paid 350 bahts per night for a twin room. They also have a pool and free Internet. Our room was close to the common showers and toilets as well as the stairs so there was some noise that came through but not enough to bother my sleep. The location is on a not so touristy area which makes it more affordable. The Skytrain stop is relatively close so you are not that far away from everything.
