Accommodations were relatively good with the exception of a very small elevator which would most likely prompt you to walk up (or drag up if you are carrying heavy luggage) their equally small flight of stairs.
Also, be wary of your room assignments as Ascot Hotel has two independent buildings that look exactly alike. I recall going up to the 5th floor of the wrong building with all of my luggage. Needless to say, my disposition was not pleasant. The showers and the beds were satisfactory and our stay came with a breakfast buffet option. Television programs at the hotel were limited.
