Artur is the cab driver that took me from the airport to my hostel in Saint Petersburg (while the hostel totally forgot about my reservation and request to pick me up from the airport!!). He works for a cab company called "Taxi Lux," but he can work for individual customers too. He was really nice and reliable, so I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a lift in Saint Petersburg (like airport transfer). Make sure you call him in advance. He does not speak English fluently but understands a little bit.
