Arrière Cuisine Nov 08, 2009
The Arrière Cuisine is a little cozy and honest lunch place which you are lucky if can find. I had the address in my hand and had to look a couple of times before I actually entered.
At first glance it looked like an old fashion bakery with a large glass desk displaying numerous of tarts and quiches. The place you can dine is in the back of the room; here you find the classic wiener cafe chairs and old fashion tables with iron casted legs. The food is common and light it is not a place where you would find fancy cooking but it is honest and tasty and quite cheap. They don't have wine to choose between; you can have red or white though. They serve a nice cup of coffee and give you some nice small treats with it. Part of the Belgium, Brussels and more 2006-2009 and still counting travel blog |
