Yesterday was excellent, the reason why people go on these sorts of trips. We went out on a boat at 11am, a nice yacht but running the motor with the sails put away. There were unlimited drinks throughout the trip, including caipirinhas! Result! They took us all around the bays and then dropped us off at the first beach. We did some snorkelling and some people found a turtle swimming just off shore. I saw a Trumpet Fish, apparently, but yet to be confirmed. Then back on the boat to go acros...

Arrial do Cabo was the next destination after Ilha Grande, it is locvated to the east of Rio on a peninsula just befotre the coastline turns north. We had to catch a couple of buses to get there and ended up actually going through Rio as we had to change buses at the Rio bus terminal. We decided not to stop there as we are going to return before we fly out to Europe.
