Walk the periphery of the centre Apr 19, 2017
Scattered around the centre of Pinar are some fine and colourful examples of the colonial houses and buildings that date back to the late 19th and early 20th c. Some along the main street (Marti) and others hidden in side streets.

Other sights in Pinar del Rio, showing that there really isn't a lot to spend time on. The old children's playground didn't seem to be in use anymore looking dilapidated and some things were rusty. The small church was newly painted but no sign for opening times and a chain across the gate. The mural was fresh and can be found on Calle Colon by the small flower market.

A few pics also of the salsa evening.
