So we travelled from Tbilisi to Yerevan by car.. I don't think I have ever seen such diverse landscapes in one country! I went to Armenia first time in 2008 april.I stayed 3 nights in Yerevan.Yerevan is a nice city with good looking buildings.

I was chosen to compete in the 'Caucasian Challenge'; a motor rally that traveled from the Balkans (Budapest, Hungary) to the Caucas Nations (Yerevan, Armenia), and many places and backroads in between. My team was sponsored by virtualtourist.com! It was truly a great adventure!!

Yerevan ah the memories.  This is where I feel in love, lost my mind, and learned that if I ever wanted to be happy in life, then I was going to have to travel and find the lesser known jewels of the world.

Due to my laziness I'm going to make only one blog for the time being. Take a look at the photos which are from a variety of locales. If you find anything of interest, shoot me a message and I'll be more than happy to tell some kind of tall tale related to that particular location.

I know this is a shock for anyone who knows me, but I am planning something... a silk road trip. I don't have a time frame yet (next spring I hope) but looking for any feedback from anyone. Also would love to find a few places to stay and friendly faces along the way.
