Hey everybody! Sorry I have not been writing in my blog much. I have not been getting internet.
Right now I am at a gas station, right outside the North Rim of the Grnd Canyon! It was soooo beutiful, and you could see each layer of rock.

I do enjoy that I have a convertible and I have always fussed at people driving on beautiful days with their top up. I understand now that I have one myself. On the drive from San Antonio to Tucson, even with the top up, I got sunburned on the left side of my neck!! lol I need to have the windows tinted again!! 12hour drive, 870miles. I even had on sunscreen and still got sunburned with the top up!! I did come up with some ideas I could make some money from…

I begin from Phoenix, Arizona , where I have lived for the past 10 years. My last extended jaunt around the globe, what started as a 6 month plan got extended to almost 24 - occurred in 2003. After an unexpected end to my last contract, burnt out and fed up of corporate America, I set out for Africa. It took me a week to decide as I drove back to Phoenix from Oregon. My wife and me rented a Toyota 4WD and traveled many many miles in a big circle in SW USA. Absolutely stunning natural wonders all the way. Nice weather, nice people

Our Holidays started with the wedding of Andre and Mindy in San Diego, after which left for Los Angeles. Before ending up in Las Vegas, we visited the national parks of Sequoia, Kings Canyon, Yosemite, Death Valley and Grand Canyon, as well as San Francisco and South Lake Tahoe.

eek, sorry, havent really touched this site since iv been away. california was great, went for a long road trip...drove down to san diego and met up wit 3 friends from home. two of them came driving with me.
i arrived down there from LA, thursday 26th july, bout 6pm. then we had dinner, and we hit the road for the grand canyon than night at 11:30. drove til 3, had a rest adn a coffee, drove til 8 and slept for a few hours. drove again, had lunch adn were at the grand canyon by 1 or 2. great…

Am sitting in a sweet-little coffee house in an enchanting town on the western side of Arizona called Williams...am awestruck at the beauty and the people... met a woman in the Whistle Stop Bookstore who I had an immediate connection with...she is planning on opening a place connected to the bookstore that will have yoga... and guess what?? she is looking for a yoga teacher... huh? interesting!! Since I am looking into yoga teacher training in Sedona this fall... anyway...

The next day we got a phone call saying the our aunt and uncle were in Las Vegas. So we found out where they were staying and went to go say hi.
