Arizona Diamondbacks

A few weeks ago I was able to catch a game, Dbacks taking the San Diego Padres... I haven't had the opportunity to catch a game all season! thanks to work and me being so dedicated. ( my hotel would cease to exsist if I didn't show up!) But I was excited nevertheless to be in the crowd, getting a hotdog and drinking it down with some ice cold brew! The turnout was good, why should it be, I mean we are the Dbacks... = ) Nowadays they even make the tickets so awesome, i mean pix of the players and stats and even on the back coupons... geez... where have I been? So we were able to secure seats about 2 rows up from the PRIORITY club (only difference being they were right behind home plate and had servers come and take/deliever their orders without them having to leave the seat!) i would definately like to sit there, but paying 500$ a seat? No thank you? mine being only 2 rows behind them and only paying 30$ a seat... I would be more than happy to walk my butt up and down those steps for more beer and peanuts. Speaking of PEANUTS, I had a HUGE want for them. My friend kept laughing at me since I was craving for them the WHOLE GAME! I tried to be strong but gave in during the 7th inning stretch!
Anywho, looking around and listen to the radio, I found out that the restaurant that looks over Chase field, i believe it was FRIDAY's, still had openings... i wanted to go there so bad just for the view but sadly i could see the line growing longer. So we instead took the elevator up to the 3rd floor and had the chance to take a look at the childrens playground. Now this thing was pimp, they had a replica baseball field all down to size and batting cages and of course a couple of jungly gyms... and what was great was that they had state babysitters there for NO CHARGE! so i was more than happy to tell the family about that one!
We got back around bottem of the 3rd inning and came to realize that the score was already 6 to NOTHING. Makes things even better was that one of my fav players YOUNG was up... first pitch came... BALL... 2nd pitch... BALL... 3rd pitch... with the crack of the bat... BAMMMMMM!!! HOMERUN!! and the crowd went WILD!! So it was about that time to celebrate and did so by asking one of those "GET YOUR POPCORN" guys for a beer... and that led to even more runs and the eventually W... good times definately!
