Been there three times and always find them spectacular. Last time we made the navigation and took the nice flush under one of the smaller falls. Exiting. The whole trip is very different from any other.

This past fall I took a semester off of school to go live in Buenos Aires. I took language classes at Bridge Linguatec in the mornings, and volunteered teaching English at the Casa del Ninos in La Boca in the afternoons. I was living with an Argentine family for the first month, then got an apartment for the next two months. It was amazing! I also got to do a bit of travelling around Argentina and in Brasil as well.

4 day trip to El Calafate in Patagonia. We rented a car and drove to the Glacier Perito Moreno. It was amazing, icy-blue and huge - 14km large. We saw huge chunks of the glacier come crashing off into the lake. Got some incredible photos and couldnt feel my fingers or toes but it was worth it. Stayed in Hostel America del Sur which was one of the best hostels weve stayed in. So toasty with underfloor heating and all.

Coffs Harbour, Australia -› LAX, USA -› …
A master in the art of living draws no sharp distinction between his work and his play; his labor and his leisure; his mind and his body; his education and his recreation. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence through whatever he is doing, and leaves others to determine whether he is working or playing. To himself, he always appears to be doing both.

There was a Catholic church we had to pass by when we went practically anywhere. We would venture in a bunch and watch the people and buy little trinkets from the people outside. Rosaries and little medallions of different saints. It was always very quiet and dark. It was great. We also stopped at t…
