In a context typical of the '70s born Aramis Studios. Cozy small studios furnished and equipped to offer the best of comfort at competitive rates. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL THIS DESCRIPTION PAYING ATTENTION IN WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED THANK YOU ! Nice small Residence- APARTHOTEL with private (no dormitory ) nice studios all of then with private bathroom-ensuite & fully equipped kitchenette that can accomodate from 1 up to 12persons . (we have rooms fro...(see more)m 1up to 3 persons and we have rooms from 4 up to 8 persons - more people can be accomodate in 2 or more studio's on the same floor OR in our sister flat CITYCENTREFLAT always advertised on this same site) in Milan city centre by the canal area called Naviglio , really nearby the Duomo Cathedral that is within walking distance ; You will feel just like at HOME. Very very clean & confortable , '70 decorated , in the calm part of the building on the 1st floor with lift . SO very silent, the ideal solution for leisure as well as business travellers. as the condominium is very calm - especially late at night - the respect of this quietness is a Must ! Passport ID and cash deposit of 100 Euro is required at check in, if the flat will be in order at check out the deposit will be returned. Thank you credit card data is required as well to cover any possible damages. Guests who stay at our Residence confirming their booking accept that in the event of damages or misuse of apartment or later check out , authorize the Management of ARAMIS without objections in charge the damages or late check out on the credit card provided to guarantee their reservation . Age restriction: boy & girls under 18 y.o. are allowed only if accompained by 1 adult older than 18 year. Payment by cash preferred but if you wish to pay at arrival wit credit card please note that a 10% fee will be added. atm machine & moneygram office in the same building.
