Admittingly, the weather has been a little cold, but apart from that, the people, the activities, the scenery, are just amazing! The worst part of it all was the flight in from Sydney. We had to wait around for 4 hours with nothing to do and soooooo jetlagged it was unbelievable, and impossible to sleep… Auckland, New Zealand |

Hij is niet echt mooi, maar ik vind hem wel apart. Ik hoop dat hij de komende 2 maanden heel blijft. Hij is trouwens vrij groot. Misschien moet ik een grotere handbagagetas kopen voor al mijn souverniers. Volgens mij is NZ echt met het milieu bezig: milieuvriendelijke bussen, taxi's, eco-winkels. Ze hebben hier… Op de top van de berg |

Due to my illness, which today is a lot better apart from a constant hacking cough, i had to stop at half time, which actually turned out to be an hour and a half of play!

Stayed in a little apartment and even managed to make ourselves a pretty decent xmas dinner there. Walked on the beach and visited an aquarium on the day itself, a tad bit different from home. Were there for three days so also went to the transport museum. Not as geeky… Back to Auckland |
