Important information , please read carefully! -Deposit: There is a deposit charge on arrival of EUR 100 , which is handed back on departure after the apartment is checked. -The 'Apartments in Barcelona' reception is located in the middle of the Gothic quarter in Jaume I street , number 13. From the reception all the apartments are just 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. -Guests must call at the telephone number of the 'Apartments in Barcelona' listed in the booking confirmation at least 30 minutes before arrival in order to arrange the collection of the keys. -Check in time: From 9:00 to 24.00 hrs / Check out time: 11:00. -Important: If you want to check out later , please request it directly at 'Apartments in Barcelona' reception on your arrival. They will do their best to accommodate your needs. You can store your luggage at 'Apartments in Barcelona' without any problem. General conditions: - Noise: To respect the rest and the tranquillity of the neighbours , the level of noise should be kept within reasonable level at all times. Please respect the rest of our clients. Parties inside the apartment are not allowed. Groups coming for stag parties are not accepted. -If 'Apartments in Barcelona' receive any complaints from the neighbours , they are entitled to request the clients to leave without the right to claim any type of compensation. If something is broken in the apartment , the deposit will not be hand beck back. -Under any circumstances the number of people staying at the apartment , should not exceed the number of people specified in the booking. -In case of damage of any of the apartments rooms or common areas , as well as furniture or utensils the cost of the reparation will be charge to the person in charge of the reservation.
