Añoreta Golf Course Rincon de la Victoria Reviews
Nice and very long Mar 05, 2011
We had not decided on which courses to play before we went down so at the hotel we just looked at the internet and found one. Our choice fell on The AÑORETA GOLF which course is located in the eastern part of Málaga, in the Axarquía district, a subtropical area with warm climate year-round due to its geographical location between the northern mountains and the Mediterranean Sea directly to the south.
The golf course was located in the town of Rincón de la Victoria, which was around 15 kilometres from our hotel. The Añoreta Golf Club is surrounded by small and enchanting towns filled with white-painted houses; I was seriously asking myself in which order this golf course and these houses were built.
The golf course was nice and you had many times a ring of houses surrounding the hole. There was far between some of the holes and you really walk your distance if you don’t take a buggy. Besides the distances there is also a fair amount of up and downs on the course; so I definitely recommend a buggy.
The people at the course were friendly and service minded. There was an offer at the time we were there so we had two players, a buggy for 18 holes for 95 euro which was more than fair.
Their club house was nice and they served good cold beers and tapas
