This hotel's service was completely unacceptable! Not only did I return to my room to find about half of my money stolen, Chinese and American cash, but the hotel manager and owner did nothing to rectify the situation. They refused to even refund my money for that night! They insisted that the maid had worked there for a long time, so would not have done it. I blame myself for leaving my purse in the room, I blame them for not even attempting to better the situation. I am an American living and working in China, and therefore spend much of my time traveling and staying in hotels and this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced. Additionally, the shower was luke warm at best.
