The Park was very low maintainence in a good way. It was clean and quiet. It is a self serve park. You pull in, pay in a box, then find a spot and park your camper. You pay no other fees other than the nightly cost of either $15 or $20. There are few trees on the site, it is mainly concrete. So you dont have to worry about brushing the leaves off of your slide out before sliding it back in. They hold weekly dirt bike races near the park, so it tends to get a little noisey on the weekends, but it isnt that bad. There are coyotes in the desert next to you so if you have a small pet dont let them stay outside by themselves. My husband saw 3 coyotes while we were there, I only saw one, and it was during the day next to the street. I never actually saw any in the park. The park area was very clean and safe.
