Annex Der Salzburger Hof Hotel Salzburg

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It's right near the train station which is ideal if you're stopping over in Salzburg for a day or two en route to Vienna or wherever. I booked a room that had a shared bathroom but it was a separate toilet and shower room and was very clean and only shared between about 4 rooms.

It's a little bit of a walk to get to the old town, around 20 mins, less to get to the new part but as I don't mind walking it was fine for me. Included in the price is breakfast which was lovely and there was always plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
