Gorgeous hotel in very central Thessaloniki Aug 13, 2009
After searching for hotels on Egnatia boulevard in Thessaloniki (apoximately 6 hotels), all extremely overrated (60-90 Euros/double room), not nice, and far from the center (Aristoteles Square), i found the perfect hotel.
Andromeda Hotel is located on Komninon Street at no.5, 2 steps away from the popular boulevard along the sea line (with all the great caffees and bars) and from Aristoteles Square, Tzimiski boulevard (were all the shops are). A 5 star boutique hotel (each room differently decorated, very stylish and comfortable), great terrace (WI Fi in lobby, terrace and restaurant). The staff: great!! All young intelligent and helpful girls. A single room was 70 Euro, a double 80 Euro, but we managed to get both for 140 Euro/night. Very good price for a great location and extreme comfort.
