"Pictures" and comments from my week in Madrid. I put pictures in quotations simply because my camera was stolen on New Year's Eve, which contained all of my pictures from the trip. The following pictures are those from my friend's cheap disposable camera.

I wanted a tropical escape from the cold winter and decided to spend a weekend visiting a friend in Cancun. Unfortunately, it rained every single day, therefore I was forced to stay inside the whole time and play tequila drinking games.

I was in the middle of my semester of graduate school and had no time to tavel, however, I had/have the travel bug bad! So, I decided that a quick weekend trip to Canada with my friend would be the perfect medicine.

I was in the midst of a grand affair with Buenos Aires. This trip was my my 5th time visiting the city in 1 year. I know, it is bit obsessive, but when you are in love with a place you do not always think clearly. I also traveled to Iguazu Falls (my 1st solo trip!) and took Spanish classes.

Some musings on my brief trip to Asia. This was my second time to China and my first time to Japan. Because I had been to China previously and I speak the language, my friend begged me to be her guide. Granted, she did not have to do much begging for me to wholeheartedly agree!
